中文摘要 目前絕大多數的數位密碼貨幣交易所的資產交換對模型都是星型結構,交易所通常都會選擇數位密碼貨幣或代幣,法幣作為星型資產交換對模型的中心貨幣。但是,數位密碼貨幣或代幣由於本身價格波動劇烈而無法發揮出中心貨幣作為一般等價物的價值尺度的功能,也無法用於準確的分析其他資產的價值變動規律。而法幣或者與法幣錨定的代幣作為中心貨幣難以避免貨幣時間價值的損失。因此,本篇論文設計了中介股權代幣這種平台代幣,它既具有短期穩定性,也能夠彌補法幣時間價值的損失。它的出現大大釋放了數位密碼貨幣交易所的流動性。 另一方面,現在的絕大多數去中心化的數位密碼貨幣的交易依然是在中心化的數位密碼貨幣交易所進行的。但是,近來出現的很多資金被竊取以及交易所監守自盜的事件讓人們對中心化的數位密碼貨幣交易所的安全性產生了懷疑,於是出現了去中心化交易所。完全的去中心化交易所不僅效率很低而且交易成本也較高,所以又出現了許多在去中心化交易所中引入中心化成分的半去中心化交易所。本篇論文中,我們會通過結合中心化的交易所伺服器平台和去中心化的以太坊底層區塊鏈打造一個新型的去中心化的數位密碼貨幣交易所,並設計了資產託管的跨鏈方式來解決這個交易所系統中存在的信任問題。 除此之外,本文還會詳細介紹這個交易所的設計架構、交易所內的轉賬系統、資產交換系統和資產借貸系統以及一些輔助系統的設計和實作過程。本交易所基於全新的模式,對於當前的數位密碼貨幣交易所和金融機構都具有很好的參考價值和借鑒意義。
英文摘要 Most of the current cryptocurrency exchanges choose Star-Topology exchange model. Exchanges usually choose cryptocurrency or token as the central currency of the Star-Topology exchange model. However, cryptocurrency or token cannot function as a value scale perfectly because of their huge price fluctuations, and it is difficult to accurately analyze the value variations of the other assets. Using legal currency or stable token as the central currency cannot avoid the loss of time value. Therefore, this thesis designs the Intermediary Stock Token, which is a kind of platform token. It not only has short-term stability, but also can make up for the loss of time value. It greatly increases the circulation in the cryptocurrency exchange. In addition, most of the decentralized cryptocurrencies are still being exchanged on centralized cryptocurrency exchanges. However, the recent incident of cryptocurrency theft has made people doubt the security of centralized cryptocurrency exchanges. Therefore, decentralized exchanges have emerged. Full decentralized exchanges are not only inefficient but also costly, so there have been many semi-decentralized exchanges which introduce centralized processes into the decentralized exchanges. In this thesis, we will introduce a novel cryptocurrency exchange by combining a centralized platform with Ethereum decentralized blockchain. We also designed trust mechanism of asset under trusteeship to solve the trust problem. What’s more, the thesis will introduce the design structure of the exchange as well as the design and implementation of transfer system, asset exchange system, asset loan system and some auxiliary systems within the exchange. Based on a new model, the Exchange has good reference value and guiding significance for current cryptocurrency exchanges and financial institutions.
